PhysioFlexy provides certified physiotherapy services in Bangalore, including at-home sessions and video consultations. All services are delivered by qualified and licensed physiotherapists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

All appointments must be booked through our official website or app. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notification from us. PhysioFlexy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of therapist unavailability, and will notify you promptly in such situations.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be treated as a completed session and may be charged accordingly.

All payments must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable once a session has been delivered. In case of a service failure on our part, refunds or session credits will be issued at our discretion after review.

PhysioFlexy services are not a substitute for emergency medical care or a physician's diagnosis. You are responsible for providing accurate health information before your session. PhysioFlexy shall not be held liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or incorrect health information provided by the user.

You agree to provide a safe and accessible environment for our therapist during home visits. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff will result in immediate termination of the session and future bookings may be refused without refund.

All content on the PhysioFlexy website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PhysioFlexy and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

PhysioFlexy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of PhysioFlexy services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
